Champlung Mas Hotel Legian, Legian (Bali)

The hotel is within comfortable walking distance to Legian St and the beach, offering a quiet area with easy access to amenities. The rooms are spacious, but some need upgrading, particularly the bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, organizing special requests like breakfast packs. However, there were issues with customer service when needing refunds for unexpected situations.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find only 2 single beds for my wife, our three-year-old son, and me. After a small hiccup, they agreed to provide an extra bed at no cost. The room itself was a bit outdated, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. However, the charming balcony view made up for it, especially since it was my second stay at Champlung Mas.
